At AashTech EduCare, we are committed to providing quality education and valuable training experiences. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which students and participants may be eligible for refunds. 1. General Refund Conditions Refunds are available under specific conditions, subject to the type of service you’ve enrolled in: 

  • Course Fees (Language, IT, Digital Marketing, AI, etc.)
  • Internship & International Exchange Programs
  • Custom or Special Training Packages

 Each category is subject to separate policies outlined below. 2. Course Fees (Local Training Programs)Eligibility: 

  • Full refunds are available if the cancellation is made within 7 days of enrollment and before the first session.
  • A 50% refund is available if cancelled before the second session.
  • No refunds will be issued after the second session or after access to digital course material is provided.

 3. International Internship & Global Exchange Programs Eligibility: 

  • Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Program fees are refundable up to 50% if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before departure/start date.
  • No refunds will be provided if cancellation is made within 30 days of departure/start date, or if the participant fails to obtain a visa due to personal negligence or incorrect documentation.
  • If the program is canceled by AashTech EduCare or partner institutions, a full refund or deferment option will be offered.

 Note: Visa denial for valid documentation will be reviewed case-by-case. 4. Custom or Corporate Training Programs 

  • Refunds for tailored or corporate programs are governed by the specific terms in the signed agreement.
  • Typically, no refunds are issued once training schedules and content are finalized.

 5. Refund Processing 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
  • A processing fee (bank charges, payment gateway fees, etc.) may be deducted from the refund amount.

 6. Exceptions No refunds will be issued under the following conditions: 

  • Failure to attend sessions without prior notice
  • Disqualification due to misconduct or violation of terms
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), unless explicitly stated otherwise
